• The Challenge

Our client is a start-up in the property sector working across Australia. They’d hit the ground running and were already moving fast but were hitting some bumps in the road. The main one was a disconnection between their finance and operations teams which was causing considerable issues across everything from contractor payments, invoicing, lease and revenue tracking through to contractor and asset scheduling. It was a problem that needed an urgent, yet sustainable solution.

  • The Solution

The journey to resolve this issue was made slightly trickier as the client had no budget for any custom software development. We therefore had to develop an end-to-end solution that harnessed the best of what was available off-the-shelf.

The end-to-end result integrates the client’s existing Pipedrive CRM with Smartsheet via the Zapier app connector. This feeds data into a Smartsheet that automates workflows step-by-step to facilitate the asset leasing and installation process. Features include managing appointments, contractor availability, job information, conditional quality checklists and electronic signatures.

  • The Results

Given the fast moving nature of the business the Quiddity team succeeded in building the solution in an extremely short timeframe – and by keeping all the work in-house, we were able to do it without any of the added expense of hiring an app developer.

This outcome has significantly improved the business’ overall efficiency. Within minutes users have the ability to create a webform and share it with a client or end user. It’s a more simplified and seamless business process. This has positively impacted their industry reputation – they are now seen as a business that’s operating at an innovative level and leveraging the very latest technology.
